Our Access Requirement Register (ARR) is a free-to-join scheme for those who have access needs and may require specific seats in our auditoriums, or a carer to support you during your visit. The ARR provides a hassle-free booking service allowing us to confidently find the best available seats for you and, for those who require it, complimentary tickets for carers. Signing up to the ARR scheme is completely free and once you are registered, you’ll stay on the scheme for three years without having to renew annually.
Once you have joined and your details have been added to our booking system, our Box Office are able to quickly and easily identify any specific seating requirements you may have, whether you are a regular booker of Signed, Captioned, Audio Described or Relaxed performances, or any additional information that you think might be useful for us to know. This could be that you require an aisle seat, a wheelchair space or even our guide dog sitting service. The aim is to ensure a hassle-free experience from booking your tickets, through to watching a performance.
We understand that you might need someone to support you during your visit. For those who would be unable to attend without help and have joined the Access Requirement Register, we also offer a free ticket for a carer or personal assistant so that you can enjoy a performance with the right support for you.
